Processing Time
Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. We verify every payment promptly — bank transfers typically reflect within 1–2 hours, and cryptocurrency payments are confirmed once the transaction receives sufficient network confirmations.
Our order cutoff time is 3 PM Western European Time (WET). Orders placed and paid for before cutoff are dispatched the same day. Orders completed after cutoff are processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout with payment instructions, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times
We offer fast, reliable shipping to multiple regions:
- United Kingdom: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
- Europe: 2–4 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates based on standard carrier performance. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays beyond our control (customs processing, carrier disruptions, extreme weather) may occur. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no charge for standard tracked delivery. We also offer standard and express shipping options — any additional costs for upgraded shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Our minimum order amount of £100 applies to all orders. There are no separate or hidden shipping fees added after checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Live tracking is provided on every order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account on our website (if you created one) or by contacting our support team with your order number.
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, please contact us — we'll investigate immediately.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents, the sender's name, or the nature of the shipment. We understand that privacy is important to our customers, and we take every measure to ensure your order arrives discreetly.
The external packaging will show only the necessary shipping information — no product names, logos, or branding that could identify the contents.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal to import into your country. GLP3 Journey is not responsible for orders that are detained, seized, or refused by customs authorities in your jurisdiction. By placing an international order, you accept all associated risks.
