Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original order:
- Bank transfers: Refunds are processed back to the original bank account. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds are returned to the wallet address provided. The amount returned will be the fiat equivalent at the time of refund, not the original crypto amount, due to market volatility.
Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of approval. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.
Replacements
